Day 15

A summary and weigh in of Day 15.

Day 15: 159.9lbs.

Juice 1:
2 carrots
3/4 large apple
1 celery
1/2 cup kale
4 oz. orange juice

1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 small pb chocolate (for tea)
2 scoops rum raisin ice cream

5 mile walk, pilates, abs, girly pushups and stretches. Last night I did some weights on my arm. It was very hard to do. I was very energetic and in a great mood today. I'm not quite sure why I still need to eat the peanutbutter, the chocolate and the ice cream. I think it's just habit. It might be slowing down my weight progress. I need to drink more water. Stretches feel great!
