Day 1 of new habit making I hope
got response on the knee question...

I've had single good days of course, but I feel really good about this one so I'm looking forward to 21 days and hoping then it becomes second nature. 21 days to a new habit, yes?
I've also posted about my knees and was pointed towards Law of Attraction and knees being related to pride/ego/too much "I"/not enough "thee". hmmm.. interesting. Also, fear and inflexibility. On these two points I would say "nay", not too much I fear in life but in relation to pride, perhaps so. There is much in my life for others.... but there is also pride and ego. It seems deeply embedded, my sense of self or ego, and I'm easy going in some ways but that is acquired and in some ways in my head I'm really not. You might not know that as I'm easy going socially but on issues I'm actually quite opinionated. I just don't stomp other people's opinions in discussion.
So issues of pride and ego, let those go and my knees heal? I'll look into it, try to understand those aspects of myself better. They are pretty deep though, so if this is the key, I may have trouble for a while since it means working on aspects at the core of my personality. But I want the knees to get better and I'm excited at the possibility of getting back to feeling good with my workouts. So here's to feeling good. *raises glass*
