Is it too late to respond to previous posts?
I am a Nutritrion & Lifestyle Coach ion NYC...I have a book coming ou on the Psychology of Fat Loss and I am also becoming certified in teh Demartini method.
If your interested, I can shed some light on the topic. I can tell you 100% that every website, post, blog, etc I have seen on teh food/weight and LOA is crap.
Most people who are talking and selling e-books on the topic are not only not healthy or lean, but have this colloquial/pop understanding of the LOA.
You can try to attract your ideal body but if you dont know how to eat, exercise and live a healthy, inspired life - your wishing and positive thinking will be in vain.
You need to learn and to move your ass more than you need ot visualize. Visualizationa dn reprogramming the mind is important for some, but not the larger part of teh equation.
Learning how to set goals properly and what it takes to achieve those goals is what my book is all about and I will shed light on the topic as well as share the truth about what works and what doesnt work.
In the meanwhile, get Paul Chek's book 'How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy'
