Need to find a new tack...

So back to the food thing - I keep coming back to this b/c I'm not making the progress I would like.

So back to the food thing - I keep coming back to this b/c I'm not making the progress I would like. One thing I have changed over the past 2 years is that the content of my diet is way healthier. I've done a lot of focusing on and finding healthy foods that I like. Of course there is also the focusing on foods part, meaning I still eat too much. I think I always have, and they say moderation, etc. It's odd b/c I can fast, do a cleanse or follow a strict diet at times, often in an attempt to fix this but my day to day dietary habits are not where I would like them to be. I need to find a way to alter my thinking to work in my favor. This I'm working on. I have asked the powers that be to help my find whatever it is I need to accomplish the goal of slender physique and good health. So I'm working on my habits at home and I'm drinking green drinks. Soon I'll be drinking an alkalizing drink.

I want ultimately to achieve health that allows me to be very active without feeling like I might be hurting myself.

I want to be energetic and have fun!

I want a nice slendy physique.

I want the good skin, digestion and urinary tract health.

I want to feel good physically! You know that feeling that I'd like to hop, bounce or run! :-)

I want to share this with my husband and to have the vitality to enjoy life as I age.

Other quickies:

Today I desire to have a good, peaceful and relaxed but productive day at work.

I intend to make more progress on classword today and send out intentions of going to grad school and being able to pay for it.
