Ok, I wish I knew the famous song that is in my head for that. Anyway.....
I have asked for the means to come my way, the means for me to have the eating habits, the figure and the health I want. I've been actively searching for some of this and found what seems EXTREMELY obvious but useful nontheless. The lovely Law of Attraction forum had a link to the 4 Golden Rules of eating. It made me realize that I've spend so much time forcing different rules, diets, whatever that I really have either forgotten or never consciously knew how to pay attention to my body. I sure hope I'm ready now b/c this makes sense and I will try it. Just basic guidelines. I tried before "only eating when I'm hungry" and it didn't work, but I don't think my mind was in all the right places. It feels pretty good right now, however. I want to work really hard on practicing these rules for the next 21 says. They say it's 21 days until you form a habit. Of course, then I'll do it for another 21 days. It has to be 21 days straight. At the end, I am believing that it will be much easier to listen to my bodily intuition once I've practiced doing this.
Intuition can be tuned in to... I used to not listen to my emotional intuition about life but I've turned that around with great results!
I'm also searching for the answer to my other health question - the fitness part. I really do enjoy working out and being active but have trouble with my knees. I've posted that question on Ask Curezone, and also I'm hoping that the moreless drink may assist with that issue. I would like to be back on my workout regimen, but I'm considering doing it anyway, just every other day instead of daily. Those are my thoughts.
I am feeling good that in spite of troubles I look and feel generally pretty good. I like the little curve at my waist and the little muscle lines on my stomach. I've known one guy who reeeeeally like my stomach. Plus I have great hips, legs, tons of guys loooove my round butt, and I have perky boobs and perfect lips (someone told me once I had perfect lips and it's gone right to my head, lol!). I even have nice feet as far as feet go. :) So there are good things, things that I like. Since playing with an incomplete version of the moreless drink, my skin was clearer. That is something to look forward to.
My schoolwork is moving right along. What I would like for this week is to get ahead on it. I have a break in most my classes but I also have a friend coming out to visit so I'd like to get ahead on schoolwork so I have time to play with my friend. And of course I want A's on everything!
Work is going fine as well. My immediate goal is to do well on my Forms Automation proposal for the hospital. I have some concern about this but ideally I would really focus on this next week and put together all the necessary facts for the hospital to make a well informed decision. I really want this to work out well.
