Real tired right now.
Feel like/ don’t feel like going to the FM.
This is the time when I buy food for the week.
Looking for ways to increase self love.
Powerful day yesterday.
Up so very early with a switch in the energy.
Blogged on that yesterday.
Ceremony work was very powerful
and deeply received last night at the Whole Being
Weekend Preview Party.
Heart in touch with deep emotions that
had nothing to do with the ceremony work.
I am grateful I could pull it off.

Looking at a photo of Fiona
taking years ago at the Whole Being Weekend.
She is wearing a T-shirt that says
World Peace.
She gave birth to her first child
the day after the photo was taken.
I went to the Bat Mitsvah of her
oldest, the girl in the oven,
numbers of years ago.
That was Rosie.
She has two others now.
Isn’t that the purpose of Life--
to give birth to World Peace--
for World Peace to be born through each of us?

Within seconds of finishing the blog
on Growing UP, I got this God Awful Noise
in my Mac, the Mac where I spend most of my Time.
Dawns on me that many people stand up and move
around for work, then sit down to eat. I sit so much,
that I welcome standing up to eat, although this is
not good for the digestion. I am tired of sitting.
God Awful Noise...gee
just what I need right now!
It happened twice for ten minutes each,
then all was quiet.

This is the week All the cans go out.
Luckily all our not full.
It is 7:54 AM now.
The truck that picks up the
cans that go for mulch can comed as early
as 7 AM.
We can have up to 16 cans if we are
doing heavy weeding, etc.
Hopefully, when we organize the compost
area better, we will have less cans go out.
It would be wonderful to turn much of the
leaves, etc to new soil.

Just got off the phone with Judith Larkin Reno
a lifelong friend since the late 70’s early 80’s.
We spend an hour together on the phone.
She is an incredible embodiment of Love for God
and sharing that love with her friends.
Judith and her husband Bruce, Team Reno,
have been keeping Judith alive through
the rigors of stem cell theraphy and bouts
of Chemo. She takes an hour and a half walk
each day and takes pleasure steppingstones
during the day. He believes in the disciples
of exercise, even if we do not want to do it.

talk with Rodika Tchi last night.
She is pleading for me to get my voice
out on CD. I could feel her energy.
She felt a lot of energy behind
coaching women and couple over the phone.
She said she would send me clients.
That would be a very happy making thing to do.

I went to the edge today
attempting to create a Report
for our Internet and Cable Bill.
I could not believe I was having so much trouble
doing this.
The problem was that I pay the Internet
out of one account split among various housemates
and pay the Cable out of another account
split among the housemates.

First banana off the stock

Two nectarines off the tree
I can see outside the kitchen window
A quick run out the front door to
pick up a Rose Apple that fell
off the tree this morning.
Two peaches sliced grown by

Some bee pollen.

Feeling upbeat tonight.
Got some good Ayurvedic
herbs from Nuva Yeetah.
There was also a lovely book
called ”Antidote and Renewal Codes”
in the office. Leslie Gelles gave me one
to take one. The artist Meg Roberts has done
somethings extraordinary. More on this later.
Stopped at Whole Foods Hillcrest,
the store where I did the local food project
in the Spring ’06. Amazing to see how
Local is not a Big thing in this store and
many other stores.
Feel I played a role in bringing that reality
down to earth.

Out of touch with Best Friend
who is about to take a big journey.
Want to know she made it off o.k.
Very deep emotions yesterday.
Just as I was about to start decluttering
one notebook, the phone rang.
It was Sandra from the Slow Foods group.
Gordon Smith, the area Governor for Slow Foods,
wanted photos. I have sent these photos so many
times.
I amazingly found them right off on the Outlook
Express where I was decluttering,
but spent the next hours looking for
other versions of these photos.
