Woke up with a delicious dream.
I was in a house meeting of the home based
community. We were in water, mainly men,
casually talking. I was feeling so good about
the mix, amost overflowing with joy to have
such a rich community life. Then, in the next
scene, I was in the kitchen, and some of
my favorite women showed up,
including Cynthia Lamborne. They were
all living here too. I felt so good about this.
Part of these good feelings may have been
inspired by going to Jack Soule’s 65th birthday party

Here is a site I came upon to study
and use as a model for a photographer
who considers himself a professional.
I often balk at saying up front the prices
I charge.
Goes back to self-esteem issues perhaps.
Definitely would feel better about myself
if I had a little elevator speech for charging
for this service that often takes a lot of time
and could support many of my EG Projects
that are majorly non-profit.

Nope!
My back definitely does not feel
better sitting!
Stops to write some inspirations
and the moment I sit down here,
there is this Big Hello in the low back left side,
where I generally feel kidney pain.

Feeling discouraged.
Made the mistake of watching PBS
in the middle of the night.
Watched too long.
Whopi Goldberg was funny
and elevating as usual in
a look at ”Babies at the San Diego Zoo.”
Some sense of forboding came in
when it showed pictures of engangered species
and mad science hope that we can freeze
the sperm to maybe keep them going
as if the world will reach I time when we
change our habits.

Gee, it’s quiet in here...
Standing up at a computer in the Pacific College

Dare I sit down?
I have been having these shooting pains
into the big toe, especially on the left side.
It’s made me scream a couple times.
I was concerned that maybe it had something to do with
the low back pain I have been feeling in my left side,
I have also been having an incredible spider-like black

O.K. I have some new
shoes coming in on Monday
or Tuesday. Could be that
I aggrivated the nerves in my feet
from letting the heels wear down so much.
Not sure it is that simple.
I have been eating a lot of heavy
protein. Turkey made into a stew...
but not too many vegetables of late.
Havn’t been focused on my eating that
well. Did feel some intense pain the day
after experimenting with yogurt one day last
week. Have been having consistent pain
in low back. Seems to be exacerbated
by sitting.

locally grown organic strawberries
the last three Sundays.

About to call Bill, head of
produce.
Feeling some anxiety.
I got a couple ”bad” feedbacks
about some customers telling
the ”front end” cashiers they
did not like being told what
type of strawberries to buy.
I can understand this.
I had poor placement on the berry
location. The first week, they were
next to the front in a good position,
but there was a jamup at the door.
It really wasn’t a good place for me
to be standing, unless the whole
counter top was moved North
about two feet.

Increasing shooting pains in my left foot
into toes. Left side discomfort in low back,
assume it is kidneys.

May 16- This is either Richard Lapidus’s birthday

Richard was my Best Friend in Jr. Hi through
College. I can give him a call. He is aboujt
to retire from doing shoe stores, and is

Dull to achey constant sensitivity in low back.

Been having constant dull to mind discomfort
in low back. Have a history the since ’04 of
kidney sensitivitiy at times. Ending up in the
emergency the night before the Feng Shui
Conference SLO in ’04 and with severe kidney
pain, and diagnosis of kidney stones that
seemed to disappear on their own.
Took Ibuprofen then for 18 days and that
brew out my digestion for more than one year.
Now have this discomfort in kidney area again,
and shooting pains down to feet that may or
not be related.
