O.K. I have some new
shoes coming in on Monday
or Tuesday. Could be that
I aggrivated the nerves in my feet
from letting the heels wear down so much.
Not sure it is that simple.
I have been eating a lot of heavy
protein. Turkey made into a stew...
but not too many vegetables of late.
Havn't been focused on my eating that
well. Did feel some intense pain the day
after experimenting with yogurt one day last
week. Have been having consistent pain
in low back. Seems to be exacerbated
by sitting.
Great!
That is all I do...sit.
My whole life revolves around sitting,
either for doing my graphic arts with the photos,
record keeping as yesterday, or Blogging,
and internet...plus writing, plus emails...
etc...I am practically sitting most of the day
with some garden thrown in...very little exercise.
very little walking.
It feels like less pain on the right side,
but increased pain on the left low back where
the kidneys are. There is increasing nerve
type, electrical shocks into the toe area of the
left side foot, that happens when I move certain
ways.
So what is the worse that could be going on?
I hate to think. I do not want to have to put
myself into the hands of the Western Medics for
a treatment, although their diagnostic tools can
sometimes be good.
Scheduled a 10:45 AM at the Pacific College
with Dr. Woo as supervisor. She is good.
I need a diagosis.
Every thing I want to do now...
even getting more organized with records
will mean more sitting.
Gosh.
Fear Inventory: Clear I have been running
lots of fears. Need to slow down and just take care
of the foundation issues that have been undeneath.
I need to be able to sit and work.
Hope this does not interfere with my driving.
To DO:
Make a revision of Joe flyer...
see if I can stop in and see Bill...
after...? What time does he leave?
