Fear Inventory
Increasing pain...
time to do a Fear Inventory
and find the Kidney Remedies
that I can do right now.

Increasing shooting pains in my left foot
into toes. Left side discomfort in low back,
assume it is kidneys.
Invincible shares some good informations.
Good reminder about kidneys related to pain.
Yes, now I remember...
the first time the kidney's starting feeling
sensitive.
I was in route to SLO for the 04 International
Feng Shui Conference.
I was having lots of fears and anxieties that
summer. Starting to have intense pain
that late afternoon that increased into the night.
From time to time over the years since,
Kidneys have felt some pain,
seemingly influenced by high protein
animal foods.
Lots of fears again this whole winter
with inpending fears of all kinds as
if my foundation was being threatened
and I had nothing I could count on.
Pattern has continued.
Working with bills today.
Real clear I need to take on
each thing that I can do better
that will strengthen my foundation.
Got to get the bill thing,
report thing organized to a point
where leaks are not bothering me.
Difficulty now is that these pains
may interfere with amount of time
I can sit.
Making some Chinese brew now
for kidneys. Not sure I have it in me
to do a rigorous alkalinizer procedure...
Will experiment with less protein
and increasing greens and superfoods.
Feeling some impulse to go swim.
New shoes coming in by next Tuesday.
This may have increased nerve
inflammation that I am feeling.
I am in no shape to take any trips now,
even if I wanted.
Body is asking for attention.
Going to sleep on all this
and see what remedies my spirit
recommends for me now.
Going to do a Fear Inventory
and work with this while I sleep.

non-smoker, non drinker school teacher
turns into the
trained drinking, smoking, knife yielding assassin.
Nice to be distracted while I pay more bills.
Spent about three hours so far sitting
and doing bills. More to do.
