now in a little vase to the right
on my desk. A green bowl to
harvest more in the days ahead.

Feeling hungry
before settling in to Work
on Finances.
Made a fruit salad:
First banana off the stock
hanging, the stock that grew
in the front yard.
Two nectarines off the tree
I can see outside the kitchen window
A quick run out the front door to
pick up a Rose Apple that fell
off the tree this morning.
Two peaches sliced grown by
Steve the Farmer from the FM
Some blueberries from WFM.
Some bee pollen.
Some acidophilus from BIO K
on it.
Music playing from Jonathan Goldman,
sound healer on the computer.
