Thank you! Seems I tolerate saurkraut best at this point, but kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place with a socket infection after root canal/amalgam cleanup.
I'd like to find an ozone therapist, for direct targeting for the lymph system up there. Digestive health is a lot better when there's not infection trash flowing down constantly. Surgery makes me wary since it's high-cost, 50/50 on success of erradicating the entire cavitation.
I figure it's easiest to establish a new gut flora when that source of bad bacteria is out of the water, but.. >.<<<;;; Mmgh. Hard to work out.
Very true with the seasonally available foods. You're always welcome to some fermented poisonous icelandic shark, of course!
