When can I start taking probiotics after a water fast?

My story:
I had an eczema flare-up after taking Antibiotics June last year. Then I went for a 14 day fast. Everything's great afterwards and didn't have eczema flare up.

January this year, I had an infected ingrown toenail, and the doctor gave me Antibiotics . My eczema flared up, even worse than last time. So I went for an allergy test in March- and found I'm sensitive to eggs, ang slightly sensitive to gliadin (gluten is fine) and dairy. I've avoided these foods ever since. I switched from milk kefir to water kefir and coconut milk kefir. I also took enzymes and betaine HCl.

But even after avoiding these foods, my eczema didn't improve at all. Therefore, I think it has something to do with my gut Flora since I only get the flare ups after Antibiotics .

I've started my fast yesterday (Day 2 now), and so far I haven't experienced detox symptoms like headaches (it was so bad during my fast last year) probably due to food avoidance.

But now that I think that gut Flora is the problem. Water Fasting helped my gut last time. But now, I want to make sure that my gut is colonized with good bacteria and yeasts.

My question is, how soon can I introduce water kefir and coconut milk kefir after breaking the fast? Can I break the fast with water kefir? I think water kefir is rich in minerals as the grains need these to survive.

Thanks.
