Hello buddies. I'm new to water kefir or tibicos.
In the past I used milk kefir. I'm now fermenting my water kefir with organic brown
Sugar I'm making fermentations of 3 days. I'm concerned about any candida issues.
Is it a good try? What are your experiences with water kefir and dysbiosis and candida?
