It is 1:22 PM San Diego time
and I a still in my pajamas.
I got up this morning after a weekend
of intense energy outlay
and was feeling the frustration
that my Quicken financial program
is now outdated.
I have difficulty keeping in touch with
my bank balances, and there are lots
of bills I have been paying.
Last month, I missed this deadline
by two days with the Credit Card company
and had to pay them a $39.00 late fee.
This morning I attempted to go on line
and see what my balances were using the
internet.

It's important to speak up,
Holding back and inside
your deepest feelings is a killer.
I attended a meeting of the Shir HiYam
Jewish Renewal Chevre yesterday.
Chevre is a word for ”family” prayer group...
kind of like a family.
The Torah portion was this disgusting
paragraph about how the Priests
of old, were expected to be
pure for God. They are not allowed to
”defile” themselves by mourning
other than their son, daughter, mothers,
and fathers, or virgin sisters.
They were not allowed to mourn the
death of their wife.
This really plugged me into my
original pain work, much of it in a Jewish context.

The International Feng Shui Conference
drawing together more than 60 international
leaders from around the world will be in San Diego
August 4-8, 05. The conference is about 84 days away.
Today I spend $1.00 for a big sucking
of dirt from the floor of the EG Mobile.
it lasted for about five minutes.
I got 4 quarters worth.
It was unbelievable how much dried mud
and dirt was on the driver’s side alone
in back of the petal and clutch.
Suck! Suck!
Amazing how satisfying it is to suck up
large pieces of dirt in a vacuum at the carwash.

IF He Can Do, You Can Do it Too!
Last night, I attended a concert in the Cox Arena
of San Diego State University.
This is an amazing indoor facility built
primarily for the SDSU basketball team
in hopes that with such a facility underneath them
the Winner’s Circle of National Acclaim
is not far behind.
The Cox Arena goes many levels down.
It is an architectural feat.
If it were filled with water, it would create a lake
more than 100 feet deep.

Reflections on the events
of the last month that have
given me back my wholeness.
I feel more grown up now.
I am taking on adult
responsibilities.
I apologize to the culture
of my birth for the Love I
have withheld.
This is my official Apology to the Jewish People.
When I was in childhood and in my teen years,
I was deeply hurt by the death of my Mother
and the outrageous neglect by my father
that occurred in a Jewish context.
My father was the man who cared for the Synagouge
next door to my bedroom.
I grew up hearing competing sounds
of my father’s voice at the Bima--the holy podium--
competing with Mighty Mouse on TV and Rin Tin Tin--
a big hearted dog.

in top working order for more
than ten years.
I spent all day yesterday
and this morning down at
The Bug House where I had
new brakes installed into the
EG Mobile, my 68 VW Van.
Don Frishkorn, who has been
my car ”psychiatrist” for more than
ten years, retired unexpectedly
about a month ago.
I was in shock.
What is worse that losing an honest
car mechanic who never fixes anything
needlessly, and recognizes your voice
over the phone even after months and months
of absence.
I believe in preventive car mechanics for the most part.

I had a little run in with a young
buck of a house mate the other day.
I had arranged for Rick Ryan,
an incredibly skilled arborist
and permaculture expert
to drop off six or more large
containers of the most precious
compost that Rick had built with
nature’s help over 40 years.
Rick was having to move from his
home, the home where he has resided
for many, many years. His mom just died.

for a couple days. I won today.
I have been fighting with this donut
for a number of days.
It has been chasing me.
I got so far this early eve
to do a stare down at our local Von’s Supermarket.
I went up close.
I wanted to see which kinds they had.
I especially am drawn to the glazed ones,
fresh, warm, soft,
just like the Helms man had
