It would have been sacre-religious to not get at least this much down

The Universe is telling me to slow down. My Security
blankets, mechanic, way to check balances on line,
favorite spoon, favorite glasse (2) are all missing.
No wonder I find myself reaching out for my former
Beloved.

It is a small lillle container of live culture
that is tauted to have 45 times the power of some Jarrow brands.

I am going to start culturing this myself.
I do not do well with dairy at this point,
although I am drawn to cheese as one of my favorite binge foods.

Sounds kinda ”preachy,” but here it is.

Sitting on the front porch
smelling a fragrant gardenia that decided
to bloom after months of
wishy washy behavior
as if it did not know if it
was coming or going,
looking at tons of untended
