This swirling motion is part of the process to
activate a soil preparation that is sprayed

Anatomy of Wholeness
wants to come through me.
I created this cover yesterday for an powerful writing
that wants to give birth through me.
I will need to sit still to allow it to
come into this world.
I left the place of creation yesterday,
of deep creation to go out into the world.
I have feeling lots of pulls right now.

Thank You for the juice
on a day when I had to write
but felt little energy.
I started the day with a lot of burn out.
I have been giving,
giving, giving,
and not giving to my own body
and its needs.
I have a lot of major projects all calling for attention,
as well as some cleanup in my space.
I had a breakthrough today.
I was able to focus my attention to
pull strands together to write this
Press Release that expresses
the Seed Dream that I want to happen
at a major healing conference this summer.
I was able to write this thanks to the energy
of close friends and new friends today.

I had a very inspiring weekend.
I went to the Tierra Miguel CSA
farm on Saturday, and slept over there.
Then I went to a teaching with Rabbi
David Zeller from Israel that sparked
lots of inspiration.
I am just starting to write.

I just had an very interesting dream of
brought up questions of Self Esteem.
It was some kind of Day of Judgement.
Numbers of previous housemates
who had left feeling they had not had their
say or been wronged in some way by me,
got to have their way with me.
I cannot remember the details.
It was definitely housemates who felt
they had been poorly treated.
I could not believe that some of them
had felt this way, but each had individual
times when they could do things to do
or some how get even.

Friday night Reflections...
Yesterday afternoon
I went over to Von’s
after the Farmers’ Market.
They had this case of possible
breads that you could choose for
their Signature Sandwich Series
with each behind a display case
with the name of the type of bread
in large 72 point type.
My eye misread one of the Italian names
and I thought I saw it say ”Diabetes”
on the front.
I guess I was thinking of my friend Bill
who does have diabetes but still drinks
Coke, be it Diet Coke, which may be worse
that Regular for all I know.

My mother died when I was 12, and my father remarried
when I was around 15. I started to develop arthritis around
that age of 15 too. Somehow, we are marked by some of these
events, but this has not stopped me from being a loving person
or having a lot of great things happen to me in my life.

I go meatless most of the time.
Occasionally, a Rocky Organic Chicken Dog
slips down the gullet
in honor of childhood’s favorite foods Mom made.
Rare meat I buy, even the 22% hamburger
intended to eat raw, ends up going into the
freezer to be dealt in the Eternal Hereafter.
Down the street, not too far away,
is a friend who I have not visited in years.
He treats me with utmost respect.
His name is Hani. He is Arab.
He speaks better Hebrew than I do.
He was born in Bethlehem, a city

We have been all watching Lapis
repeat over and over every day
the URGENT Message about the little
Sweet boy Andrei Love Spindell
who has been pulled away from his mother
and family.
The court has disregarded a Mother’s
desire to breastfeed her own little one.
This baby has been forced to adapt to
