I made some new friends and allies
at the last Hillcrest Farmers’ Market
on Sunday, 9-1 PM at the DMV:
The folks from Davis Farms.
They have some very important values
for contributing to San Diego becoming
a Sustainable living City, raising earthworms
and selling worm castings, an excellent
supplement or all vegetables and trees.
They are a new Enchanted Garden Sponsor.
They gave me a bag of their wonderful worm castings,
some that will go into the herb garden of Hermann Schaefer,

checking in and pleased...
I have been experiencing various
physical health improvements.
I wrote about Bio K,
the acidophilus casei that they sell
around. There is one that is dairy free
as well as with some milk.
There are 50 billion little buggers in this
and it really works. I feel that the Kefir grains
that Tony Parker sells here on the Curezone would
be a great help for me. I am looking forward
to startting that after the Conference i am doing in 22
days.
I am having considerable improvement
in my bowel.

Enjoying making flower bouquets
in the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine kitchen,
I just connected with a student. She look tired.
We start a conversation.
She tells me that being a student here
in not her only job. She is a nurse practitioner at
the Grossmont Hospital. She works in the ER room.
She works about 30 hours a week.
We talk about the Jensen program:
8-8-8.
Eight hours for work.
Eight hours for recreation.
Eight hours for sleep.
I am miles from this balance.
So is she.

I am having one of those incredible days
when Spirit is running through me.
I am writing from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Library
and it is about fifteen minutes before the student council meeting
at five.
I have a ton of things to write, and I am very inspired.
I have been up since 3 AM writing.
I enjoyed the nap on the table while three student pracitioners worked
on me. It was a good treatment.
Chris was the first asking questions.

Many years ago, before
I ever discovered that feng shui
was a spiritual philosophy that
would give taking out the garbage
a divine purpose,
I admired a book called
The Power of Limits.
In kabbalah, loveingkindness--Chesed
balances with Gevurah--setting Limits.
Gevurah has always been a struggle for me.

giving myself the gift
of clearing space...
The times in the past I have succeeded
at Feng Shui Conferences and others
conferences are the times I have taken TIME
to really get organized from top to bottom.
The International Feng Shui Conference is now
24 days away.
The times when my feng shui is functional and I
am slowing down to not only have my structures in place
are the times I have succeeded most.

a poem for Getting HIp
to what illness asks fo us...
I was pitching my poetry into the surgery room when I had
my second Hip Revision. It is not always when happens to you
but what you make of it, what Soul you bring to it.
I created my room as a healing temple.
Healers were with me round the clock,
and loved ones. They also nurtured the hospital staff.
The Chef served organic food that I brought into the kitchen
of the hospital. My surgeon, one of the best in the nation
said, ”You really do know women!”
I would give him a poem everytime I saw him for his wife.
