I had exactly the same doubts as you had. Thought that CO is toxic. After doing a lot of reading I found that CO is NON-TOXIC. Only the castor beans are toxic.

CO is a very safe and harmless purgative/laxative. It is non-habit forming in my personal experience.

In my personal opinion it is a thourough bowel cleanse, liver cleanse and parasite cleanse, all in one.
