the 3 day apple fast...is just that? Eating just apples (how many) for 3 days and then flushing with the castor oil?

I did the flush yesterday and LOTs flushed. My lunch came through (I know that was gross) but then it made me wonder if I am THAT toxic if I am seeing what I ate that day, in my flush?

I will be doing a parasite cleanse because I do know I seem to desire Sugar a lot! I am hoping that takes away that desire...as well as my need for SO much food!

Although, since I have begun oil pulling I do know that when I eat more than I need, I tend to feel full quicker than I have before.

I am considering the MC, was going to do it tomorrow but because I have decided I want the parasite removal, I will do that in March...after my company from out of town leaves.

Ah well, have an inspired evening!
