I have been giving your post some thought. Before you posted I had considered doing a three day apple fast with the castor oil "flush" at the end as Cayce has recommended. I did this once at 18 and it was absolutely incredible and suspect it would go a long way to helping the detox.

After looking ant the linked article, my thought is that this would clean the small intestine as well as the colon. I wonder if the reduced bloating could be a result of better lymph waste drainage after the flush? The reason I say this is the results seem to come over the few days following the flush.
