which brand of castor oil did you use and when did you take it (first thing in the morning or before sleep) ?

did you take it with lemon juice or by itself ?

on the castor oil (CO) flush day, did you still eat whatever you wanted or fasted ?

after how many days did you do your second CO flush ?
