If u read the website in my original email, he says ( whoever wrote the website) , the cleanse can be done once a month ( or once every 2 months) for maintainanace.

But, I read in this forum, someone mentioned doing it once a week, to get faster results. Also someone with chronic diarrhea was cured by doing the CO cleanse.

Its worth trying. I also have done ES purges and SWF.  Found CO flush to be lot more thorough and the results were very satisfying.
