San2006...thank you so much for posting this...I am going to try it...I have the same problem you HAD.....I am small everywhere except for my tummy area, it is so bloated that I look pregnant...I have very sluggish bowels....I can not seem to find anything that will help.......pants fit everywhere except I can't button or zip them, it is so frustrating and uncomfortable! My question is this...I've read in some places that you shouldn't use castor oil internally....why the debate on this? I have the good quality of oil that I purchased from the cayce people at Heritage Store...thanks again for posting and if this works for me, I will be so indebted to you!!!! Tweet
