Colonics/Enemas cannot reach the junk which collects over time in the small-intestine. Its nice to know that your bf lost weight doing this cleanse.

I have never had any pains/discomfort doing the CO cleanse. It has been easy for me, so far. I guess it depends on how toxic we are. Maybe you can start with smaller amounts of CO, and then build your dosage.

Frankly, not only has this helped me with my bloating, my digestion has improved drastically. Really, I can feel hunger now and the constant feeling of fullness is gone.

Do you suffer from abdominal distention...? It may help you, if you keep at it.
