I apologize for being so slow.
Those two library books sat on my table for weeks.
I did look into them, and saw a bit of the ’how to’ in both. One, as far as I saw, did have lists of foods, but I didn’t get much of the actual plans.
[Do you do that, too...skip the ’scientific explanations’ and look for the ’meat and potatoes’ basic plan?]
I had hoped to compare the recommendations, book to book, to see how they differ.
My main problem, I have decided, is lack of sleep. I am tired so often, because I get up to pee every hour, hour and a half, two hours...all night long... ...
