Oh gee...

...Just beginning my reading in this forum...seeing myself and everything I've concluded, all over it...and then I find that the Rosedale name has been corrupted on the Internet.

For example, the earliest Google hit I found that showed promise of original information (not selling a book, or something)...

I read one review, supposedly by a woman who had followed the Rosedale 'plan' and lost 33 pounds, and she came to two conclusions...

...The Rosedale 'diet' works, and,

...The Rosedale diet book was poorly written...in the recipes! She had been hoping for a re-education in shopping for, and preparing, food.

Another site mentioned a difficulty with publishing houses rushing to capture sales.


The posts in this forum intrigue me deeply. Like I say, I find myself written all over the articles given. The 'rules of thumb' suggested are exactly those I have concluded, and practice at home...but with some exceptions, under the heading of 'moderation'. In other words, I try to 'balance' my food with what is most readily available...and with what seems to be logical, given my 'conditions'.

My habits are a 'hit and miss' proposition, changing often.


I need to learn what others have found by following this style of living. I need to have answers to the questions raised here.

I suppose I can read more about Lyme disease, and Lupus, and Diabetes, and parasites...and perhaps find threads to logical conclusions...but, that is going to take some time and likely some self-experimentation.

If anyone would give their own experiences, I would be deeply grateful, and I would share my own theories, and experiences.

We must get to the bottom of this.
