And I appreciate you posting here, both then and now. I feel I have found treasure!

Reading your first post in the Leptin Resistance forum, I was astonished that I have been going in this direction, without knowing why, since I first came to the CureZone. That was an Aha! moment, I must say.

The little 'researching' I've done so far has confirmed both the logic of this approach and the obstacles we all share...such as assurance of the quality of the produce available...because we oversee the gardening.


One point hit home last night...

...Perhaps the fastest and easiest way to access immunity is to remember it. Remember how we felt when we were invincible...and feel that way again. ...Live that way.

...Live as though we are strong and well and beautiful and happy.

...And innocent...above all, innocent.

...For we are. None of us has ever been here, at this point in our growth, before.
