A question or two...

It mentions that big long word Alisaun took the trouble to write for us. Since this question shows up in the Glyconutrients & Phytonutrients forum, I thought maybe there is something to basic nutrition that affects infections in the body.
....................
So, I did a lot of reading in the two books from the library, returned the books, and promptly forgot most of what I'd read.
Do I have it right...Leptin Resistance is caused by (low grade or other?) infections in the body?
And, is the immune system built on the balanced minerals we consume in our food?
If both of these things are true, then we'd be smart to be certain our food is properly grown, I think...or that we are getting our mineral salts, whole and balanced, from an unpolluted source.
Perhaps then our immune systems can fight off infections...and maybe our weights would even out.
:D
I have a couple of pet theories I've been working on...so far, so good.
When the weight begins to drop, you'll hear me loud and clear!
My best,
Fledgling
