Here is my suggestion:
Many (okay,all) of the foods that you came back alergic to in your second test are ”new” (comparitively) to the human diet. Try this... remove wheat, dairy, sugar, yeast, alcohol and cafeine from your diet for a test period of, say,a month. Then see how you feel. In other words, for a month, eat only fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats and fish. After a month you would -- if you then wanted too -- start to add back some of those other foods to see which ones are causing you the most significant problems.
