What About Dairy and Blood Type B's?

I'm a blood type B, and if you're familiar with the ER4YT diet then you'll know that Dr. Dadamo says that blood type B, because its blood sugar is galactose, similar to that found in cow's milk, that B's can eat dairy food and in fact benefit from it. From some experience and what I've read about dairy, I believe that it is not good for any blood type or human, what do you think about this and are you familiar with the Blood Type Diet?
