Publication of "The Human Diet"

Dear Eric,

I found "Ask Eric" after I stumbled across your great website for "The Human Diet" book. Thanks to your article on dairy, I am taking the courage to give up dairy completely to see if it helps clear up my allergies. Up to now I had tried giving up all dairy except butter (as if that wasn't made from milk! - guess addictions are hard to break).

I'm writing to find out if your book has already been published, and if so, where can I purchase a copy?
