Any ideas?

I seem to be stuck here. I've been trying to improve my health for
around 2 1/2 years now and I can't seem to complete myself. 99% of
the time I eat organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds, and
a little bit of wild caught fish. I juice vegetables all the time
and I drink around 1-3 liters of water a day depending on exercise.
I run around 25-30 miles every week and exercise with weights. I did
1 liver cleanse a month until nothing came out for 2 cleanses, I did
colon cleanses with P & B shakes until it just ran right through me, and
i've also done the lemonaide diet for 19 days. After all of this I
haven't even been able to stop my frequent urination and acid reflux. I
take a supplement from Infinity2 that contains all of the whole food
vitamins, chelated minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and flora you need
in 2 different pills 3 times a day. It's called Essentials for life. I
have been seeing a chiropractor now for 1 1/2 years and I've also been
checked out for hiatal hernia, barretts, and anything else that might
be wrong. All negative. Can you think of anything i'm missing? This
is going to drive me crazy.

As for the symptoms, if it matters at all....I reflux consistently all
through the day. It doesn't matter if I drink just water, eat an apple, or
meat....the result is always the same. Even if I don't eat at all I still
have reflux so I don't think it's food related, but obviously I have no
idea. I have absolutely no symptoms of bloating, stomach pain, or anything
associated with reflux or indigestion, it's so confusing! As for the
frequent urination...Constantly. Sometimes I urinate 10 times at night and
at the VERY best 2 times a night if I stop drinking water. The problem
with this is i'm always dehydrated. I get headaches all the time from
being dehydrated so I drink water and it goes away, but once I urinate all
of it out the headache comes right back. My body refuses to hold water
at all! OH! By the way, I also use Celtic Sea salt. The dehydration itself
could be the cause of the reflux...don't you think? I just don't understand
why my body urinates so often. The more water I drink, the more I urinate.
I've tried smaller amounts of water throughout the day, no change. I've tried
so many things I could hardly list 10% of them in this letter. Sorry this
got so long! I understand if you don't have time to read it all. Thanks.

Jeff
