skin problem for 3 years

Hi,
I found your site today and i think it is a very good site which is helping people around the world with their health problems.
After going throug ur site i became quite optimistic that my problem will come to an end. Let me introduce myself, iam an indian, aged 29 years, married. Its been more than 3 years now since i am facing facial skin problems.I have tried numerous doctors and treatment including homeopathy but coudnt get a permanent cure to my problem.
It happens like this, every 7-10 days approx i experience slight itching on my face and on the second day i can see some redness around my cheekbone areas and small eruptions throughout my face exept my forehead. There is itching as well.I use an ointment ie Betnovate N(betamethasone valerate).The third day generally the redness goes and my face becomes very dry and i can see samll skin scaling and dark shiny skin in the place of the redness areas.If i dont use any moisturising cream on my face then it feels like my skin has contracted and ican feel it like when i smile etc i can feel lack of stretchness and the elasticity of my skin.After 1-2 more days everything goes and iam left again with a clear skin and face. For the last one year iam experiencing various pimples or acne(whatever you call them) only on my forehead area frequently appearing everyday without fail.They just appear every day and some of them go and new ones appear. I have tried a lot but just cant get a permanent solution.I even changed my razor and shaving cream to see if there is some change but in vain.I would be grateful if you can suggest me some remedies.
