What I understand is that the PH of the blood is between 7.35-7.45. And the body must maintain the PH of our blood within this narrow range, else we die.
So our little Kidneys act as "shock absorbers" and try their best to maintain the PH of our blood, by altering the PH of the urine.
I have a digital PH meter, and days I feel healthy, my PH was 6.8. One day ,I had a bad allergy attack, all stuffed up. I was curious to check my PH and with was 6.0.
I check my PH first thing in morning, but dont do it on a regular basis ( just lazy). The kidneys are definately eliminating water soluble toxins and I just cant understand the science behing Urine therapy. UGHHHH... But thats another story...
