Yes, in my case, it was. See:

When using organic vegetables combined with suppliments, over a period of 3 months, my pH went from avg 5.8 to avg 6.1. When I started drinking the mineral water, my avg pH went to 6.8 within 4 weeks and now stays around 6.9 to 7.0, controlled by how much I take.

Please note that I also suppliment 400 IU of Vitamin-D 1-2 times daily in the summer and 3 times daily in the winter.
