I have to strongly disagree with this. While that alkalinity of the solution is not absorbed, acidity is being removed from the body and neutralized. The by-products are calcium chloride and water, not gas.

The important thing is that acidity is removed from the body.

I also want to relate that using the mineral water solution that I use does work much faster than the natural way. It is also more effective than store bought calcium suppliments in raising the pH.
