Re: Is Pickling Lime Really A Good Source Of Calcium?

Check out medical studies on calcium hydroxide including recent patents in mineral supplements and OTC and prescription meds... also check out the use of calcium hydroxide in promoting new bone formation.

I have posted many of the links to studies on the supplement 3A Calcium by Lane Labs and Advacal before, and may have posted many thousands of links to the use of calcium hydroxide in dentistry. It is used not only for the anti-bacterial and anti-viral effects, but also for its ability to ameliorate the toxic affects of Antibiotics and metals.

Calcium hydroxide has been used for centuries as a germ-fighting agent in commercial and domestic environments and in hospitals (especially before Antibiotics ). It is a powerhouse at destroying harmful bacteria. Perhaps one reason why I have not been sick in over 2.5 years while many of those around me are constantly battling one illness or another...
