Re: *jumping in quickly*

"it was not smaller than the size of a thumb, a mans thumb."

The group of sacs that I saw were about that size 1 - 1 1/2 inches long.

The sacs will stay there because they contain a tacky substance inside/outside. I'm also wondering if worms nearby are also keeping it in place. I was able to get mine out with a bunch of herbs that I was experimenting with at the time. Since you don't want to experiment with the herbs, perhaps you can try this to see if they can be dislodged. Are you able to try a fresh pineapple, psyllium or chai seeds, and pumpkin seed (protein) shake? If you have some micro-greens add them in there too. Drink that throughout the day and A LOT of water. This may help scrape the intestinal walls. A day or two might dislodge some of it and other buggers!
