Re: Somer, Livingwater or other wonderful experienced ones...Please advise.
Hey, sounds like you might be on the right track with your health pro -- hope hope! Like you say, you NEVER KNOW! You just need to remember, they are not GOD. YOU are ultimately responsible for your own health, and you may differ in opinions. However, a good health pro can be worth their weight in gold to help you define health issues and establish goals. Hope that works out!
Yep, castor oil is good. You should ALSO be drinking one of the teas I suggested, in great quantity! Parsley,
Watermelon seed and
Celery seed are all good.
Fasting rests all the internal organs EXCEPT the liver and kidneys, which are working overtime. I have learned over time that I need to be especially careful to keep my kidneys very well hydrated and running clear or risk the consequences!
Drinking a river full of water and the castor oil should put you right.
My naturopath doesn't like me to
flush my liver during a fast (the body is working hard enough as it is, particularly the liver). Others say to do it. She adds a
parasite herb,
Black-Walnut , before flushing. Opinions vary, sometimes widely! You need to use common sense and listen to your own body! And you need to feel right about MOST of what your health pro is telling you, so you can get on the same track to achieve your goals. If this one doesn't do it for you... keep shopping!
You're doing great work -- congratulations!
Best,
Somer
