Re: Somer, Livingwater or other wonderful experienced ones...Please advise.
Somer,
Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my plight. It really is helpful for those of you who have "been there, done that" to share your insights with those who are in the midst of it all. Your right about having a health professional to help through a long fast because things that happen do tend to lead to panic. Your support has helped me to settle down and not totally freak out. I have to say that every little pain I was having was freaking me out, especially since I woke up this morning with some eye pain, chest pain, leg pain, and back pain. These were in addition to other pains I mentioned before. Fortunately, the pains are minor and intermittent.
I decided to start eating some
Watermelon and did so before I had a chance to read your message. I also had decided to stop fasting and transition to a primarily raw fruit and veggie diet for a couple of weeks. My plan was to do a
parasite cleanse at the same time and follow that up with a
Liver Flush or two then maybe do another juice fast. Of course, all with the help of a health professional. Really, I just started doing this juice fast to get rid of the acute skin reaction I was having (which it has done) and hopefully cure my
Psoriasis (which it has not yet done). From some of the reading I've been doing, I think the
Psoriasis will likely take several
Liver Flushes and clean eating before it is cured. Now reading your response, it gives me pause and I'm rethinking whether I should stop fasting right now. Hum.
Once again kind soul, I thank you for taking your time to respond and share your wisdom with me.
