Thank you once again for sharing your wisdom. I've been doing more reading and I read on a few websites that people who have diabetes or hypoglycemia should add a little avocado and/or banana to their juice fast, which tends to slow the fast but does not halt it. I decided to give this a try before I stop my fast totally. Maybe if I just slow it down some that I can get over the healing crisis and stop on a more positive note. So far today, I had my regular juices, a little watermelon, and about a tablespoon of avocado liquified in lime juice. I took about 15 minutes to eat the avocado...or rather just let little bits liquify more in my mouth. I also am taking your advice and drinking lots of plain water.
Overall, I'm feeling better now, primarily thanks to you and your support. Thank you! Thank you! I really think my new decision to try to get through this healing crisis first before stopping the fast totally is the right thing to do for my body. I also want to at least try to wait until I go to the doctor on Monday before I stop the fast totally.
