Well you Mom is light years past my Mom. A dentist gave my mother a broad-spectrum Antibiotic (why? because he's an idiot) which in turn gave her a severe case of colitis, which the GP gave her Flagyl for parasites, and when they realized it was colitis, they told her to finish the Flagyl (which is HORRIBLE stuff). What did they do? The GP gave her MORE Antibiotics to fix the colitis.

I gave her Probiotics, really good ones too. They sat in her refrigerator, and she would not touch them at all. If her GP doesn't OK them, then she won't take them at all.
