Mental sharpness, mood, allergies

I have been oil pulling since 9 months, everyday, first thing in the morning with sesame oil. Since then I experience strong mental sharpness. I have never been a morning person and it used to take me two or three hours to be able to function properly. My mood was also not the best one and I would experience anxiety during these morning hours. This is gone now. I am a completely new person as far as my ability to concentrate onto my tasks. My mood has greatly improved. Believe me when for years and years you have suffered from this morning fog feeling good again is like a gift from God. Yes I attribute this change to oil pulling as it is the only thing different that I have been doing since.What happens after I am done is that I have to blow my nose at least a dozen times. After this it is all clear and a great feeling of being awake. The best proof of what I just said happened this morning: for the first time in nine months I have not pulled. I was just totally out of sesame oil (now that I realize I should have pulled with olive oil). Well well! Immediately back to my old foggy self. It took me a good two hours to really concentrate onto the tasks at hand. Believe me I will never run out of oil again.
My wife has been pulling all along with me. She used to sneeze a lot (and I mean A LOT) this is hardly the case now.
So is oil pulling working for us? You bet it does. I have not felt that good intellectually since I was in my late twenties ( I am in my early fifties).
