I considered myself pretty knowledgeable about natural cures and such, but I only discovered the concept of oil pulling four days ago. After reading about it, I was eager to start the very next morning (12/29). The two immediate things I noticed were how clean & smooth my teeth felt all day, as well as how it cleared my sinuses. My teeth even feel clean after eating a meal or upon waking in the morning! As regards my sinuses, all of my life, my sinuses have apparently been somewhat congested, and I was so used to it that I didn't even realize that it wasn't normal. My dad had a very poor sense of smell, and I inherited that, and my four kids inherited it from me. Anyhow, my sense of smell was very much improved in just two days of the oil pulling. When I breathe, I feel like I am getting so much oxygen now! Yesterday, I noticed my third benefit. For many years, each time I washed my hair, I would lose tons of hair. I didn't want it going down the drain, so I always gathered it on the edge of the tub, and there was a huge wad. So yesterday when I washed my hair, I was quite amazed when there was about no hair to put on the edge of the tub! It absolutely amazes me that something so simple and cheap as oil pulling could have so many immediate benefits. I am a definite believer! Tweet
