Mood Enhancer - Did not know that I was depressed, but after oil pulling for a few weeks noticed that I was almost always in a good mood, even around TOM.

Softer smoother less wrinkled Skin especially around my eyes and mouth

Healed cracked Heels

My upper arms had very bumpy skin (think this might be KP) Arms are now smooth. This took a couple of months though.
