Good info Molly - thanks. Since I posted my cold/flu has moved into the lungs big time, and this was while taking twice the number of recommended OO (Olive-Oil) capsules. I've upped the dose again today and at least for now, maybe I'll try pouring the contents of a couple capsules into a flax seed oil pull. Somehow I imagine the taste of oregano mixing better with flax than coconut anyway.

I've had respiratory problems since kindergarten and have taken a mountain of Antibiotics in my lifetime. If I don't take the Antibiotics when I get bronchitis, it turns into pnemonia 100% of the time. This time around I'm committed to quashing it without Antibiotics . I also bought some coliadal (SP?) silver (never tried before) as back up in case I don't get anywhere with the OO. But in the mean time I'll try capsules, pulling , snorting the stuff, whatever it takes until I smell like a walking Italian Deli. Hope it works. Tweet
