That is wonerful that you have gotten better with fasting! Good for you!!
I just want to point out that it is not the "only" way to fly. Some are way too sick to fast - it would shock the body and they could end up in an endless toxic loop. Also, others, like me, need the nutrients in the food to heal (I have tried fasting - disastrous - made me much worse).
Also, do check in and let us know if it STAYS away after you break your fast - that would be the clincher for those considering this approach.
