It seems that you are not too familiar with Curezone. One of Curezone's most famous cleanse: The Master Cleanse is a 4 to 6 weeks long fast. We here (on the Candida Forum ) cannot do it because it also contains syrup, but facts are that people here at Curezone do that and find it to be very healthy.

Rest assure that I do. And this is WHY I mentioned that one should follow the golden rule: stop fasting when you cannot carry on with your workload.
