I agree with Sans Sucre it is not the ONLY way to fly..... But gee ! Do we ever fly. Psyllium cleanse and fasting was when I would see the threads coming out of my bowels plenty.
REMEMBER though the golden rule: ONLY FAST UNTIL YOUR ENERGY LEVEL GETS LOWER. When you start to feel tired, add up a bit of food ( I would add a bit of veggie broth and a Granny Smith apple/day and then carry on this way for a month or so).
With the broth you will keep your mineral balance high. It is strange how people think that fasting is bad for your health, many religion had fasting as part of their ritual,,,, simply because it is healthy to do so.
