Drinking lemonade with Stevia (with real lemons) have helped me a lot with leaky gut. My tongue looks pinker than it has in 5 years. I also have more energy. I also think Vitamin C (Emerg-C) and L-glutamine have helped. I take MSM and can`t tell if it is helping at all. I have tried just about every anti-fungal on the market with very little relief. My major symptoms are blurry vision and fatigue after eating just about anything but worse if not on the anti-candida/leaky gut diet. I know Shelley had said once that blurry vision after eating is definitely leaky gut. That was my clue to stop trying to heal the candida for a while and work on the leaky gut.
